In Very Good condition with a Good+ dust jacket. Maroon faux-leather boards, blind-stamped with viaduct illustration and lettering on front cover and spine. Mild bumping and scuffing to edges and corners. Binding tight. Pages clean and unmarked. Pictorial dust jacket has a few small nicks and tears, light creasing along edges, and mild shelf wear. Now in an archival quality (removable) Brodart cover. Color photographic journal of the construction of the Viaduc de Millau, the tallest bridge in the world, designed by Sir Norman Foster. The cable-stayed structure spans more than 2 kilometers and rises 343 meters above the River Tarn. Bilingual French and English text by Julia Dubreuil, English translation by Robert Tobin, with color photography throughout.
