In Good condition. Color pictorial paper covers, glossy, with mild shelf wear, light soiling, and mild toning. Previous owner's name in ink at top corner of front cover. Staple bound; center fold leaf released from the lower staple but still attached. Pages toned but otherwise unmarked. Autumn 1960 issue of the bi-monthly house organ published by and for the employees of the Knudsen Creamery Co. of California, edited by John Kieldrup under director Leonard F. Greenburg. The color cover reproduces the Lone Cypress at Midway Point on the Monterey Peninsula. Features include a photo report, "Knudsen Hosts Royal Danish Ballet Troupe," on the company's reception for the touring company during its 1960 United States visit; "The People's Choice" on the coming presidential election; Knudsen "Petite" diet-ized foods advertising; "These Wondrous 'Animals'" on dairy microbiology; "Looking in on Santa Ana"; the Santa Maria Picnic; and San Diego News. A scarce piece of Southern California dairy and advertising ephemera, with crossover appeal for the Monterey/Pebble Beach cover and the Royal Danish Ballet content.
