In very good condition. Cream colored paper covers with printed titles and black and white photographic illustration on front cover. Light toning and mild edgewear. Binding tight (staple bound). Light toning to edges of pages but otherwise clean and unmarked. Published on the occasion of an exhibition held March 12-30, 1968 at Kennedy Galleries, New York. Introductory essay by Frank Getlein. Includes checklist of 33 works in fabricated sterling silver, often mounted with wood, stone, ivory, or other materials, with illustrations of selected pieces such as "Elephant Box," "Balancing Act," "Animal Act," "Bird Cup," "Computer," and "Orchestra." Earl Krentzin (1929-2018) was an American sculptor known for his whimsical "Silverlings," small fabricated silver figures and constructions inspired by folklore, medieval manuscripts, and fantastical imagination.
