In Very Good condition. Glossy yellow stiff paper covers with black lettering on front and rear, black plastic coil binding. Mild shelf and edge wear; some sticker residue and mild scuffing to rear cover. Binding tight. Pages clean and unmarked. "Fourth in a Series." A honey cookbook compiled by Valley City, North Dakota author Marcella Richman for the Three Bears Honey Company, the Luthi family's honey business on the Minnesota-North Dakota border. It includes several hundred honey recipes, with contributor credits and sources from Red River Valley church and community cookbooks, plus introductory notes on honey's history, baking with honey and substituting it for sugar, and a retold "Three Bears" tale explaining the company's name. "Royal Choices" collects recipes from American and North Dakota Honey Queens, with their portraits, including Amy Swearson (North Dakota Honey Queen 1979-80), Shiryl Donahoo (1988 American Honey Queen) and Naomi Gunter (1989 American Honey Queen).
