In Good condition. Illustrated paper covers with some nicking and chipping to the top corner of the front cover and a few other small nicks and short tears with light creasing along the edges. Pages lightly toned. Otherwise unmarked. A Czech-language polka (Dve Srdecka, "Two Hearts") arranged for piano solo by Joseph P. Elsnic and issued in the Vitak-Elsnic Company's International Dance Music for Piano Solo series. Vitak-Elsnic of Chicago, founded by Czech immigrants, was among the foremost American publishers of Bohemian and Czech ethnic dance music. The front cover lists other Bohemian songs available in the series.
