In Very Good condition. Black-and-white illustrated paper covers, front with a pen-and-ink view of the canyon. Some chipping and nicking to the paper at the head of the spine and along the top edge of the front cover; light bumping and creasing to edges and corners; mild shelf wear with some color loss along the edges and spine. Sticker residue at the top front corner; mild creasing to the spine, binding still tight. Signed and inscribed by the author on the title page in black ink, "Best Wishes, Dolores D. Sepeda 1986." Otherwise unmarked. A local history of the Uvas Canyon in the western foothills of Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County, California, tracing the canyon's settlement and pioneer families from the mid-1800s through the early twentieth century.
