In Very Good condition with a Very Good dust jacket. Blue cloth-covered boards, gold lettering on spine, mild shelf wear. Binding tight. Two small black ink dots on bottom edge of text block. Signed by the author in green ink on the page facing the title page, not personalized: "Happy gardening, Jill Appenzeller." Two sets of initials in ink on front free endpaper. Otherwise unmarked. Pictorial dust jacket shows a clipped suburban hedge against a blue sky; light bumping and creasing to edges, mild shelf wear, and a gold "signed by the author" sticker on spine. Now in an archival quality (removable) Brodart cover.
