Dust jacket illustrated on front with a color reproduction of a Rouault landscape painting; jacket has a few small nicks to edges, mild shelfwear, toning, and soiling. Illustrated monograph on the life and art of Georges Rouault (1871-1958), the major French Expressionist painter known for his richly colored, heavily outlined depictions of Christ, clowns, prostitutes, and judges.
