In Very Good condition. Illustrated glossy covers showing a young girl playing piano; light foxing to edges of text block. Binding is sound. Interior pages are bright and unmarked, with some occasional light toning and foxing to edges. A charming collection of sixty-five drawings, including 16 in full color, by the beloved French cartoonist Jean-Jacques Sempe, celebrating the world of musicians, from soloists to orchestras, in his signature witty and tender style. Originally published in France as "Les musiciens de Sempe" by Editions Denoel. One drawing originally appeared in The New Yorker.
