In acceptable condition. Tan paper covers with red lettering on front. Small tear to the fore-edge of the back cover and light creasing as well. Moderate overall aging. Stapled interior pages have become separated from the covers and are laid in, but all pages are present. Pages aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. The history of the beginnings of the Port of San Pedro beginning in 1831 as told by Juan Jose ("J. J.") Warner. J. J. Warner (1807 - 1890) was an early settler of San Diego County, owning a ranch now known as Warner Springs.
