Orange illustrated single sheet printed on both sides and folded in thirds with six panels featuring illustrations and a map, measures 18 x 12.5" when unfolded and 9.5 x 4.25" when folded. One panel has separated from the rest of the brochure and there are slits along all folded sides from wear - must be handled with great care. Reservation company address stamped on front cover and new owner's name stamped over previous owner's name in brochure. Otherwise brochure is browned with age but unmarked. Ocean Village Resort, established in the 1920s in Ocean Beach, San Diego, was a distinctive beachfront destination comprising approximately 40 cottages elevated on pilings above the sand. The brochure details accommodations in "Hotel Bungalette" units, emphasizing features such as soundproof construction, Tiffany stuccoed walls, and options for dinettes.
