In good condition. Cream paper covers have light bumping and creasing to edges and corners. "Received Oct 2 1973" stamp on top of front cover. 2" scratch in middle of front cover. Light to moderate overall spotting, scuffing and soiling to covers as well. Binding tight. Pages clean and unmarked.
