Tuffy Books [Published Date: 1980]. Die-cut board book with elongated rear cover, measuring approximately 13 inches by 7.25 inches. NO other printings listed. In acceptable+ condition. Cover has picture of Olive holding Swee'pea. Swee'pea's face is a Linticular image that alternates between clean and happy and dirty and sad. Rear cover has moderate creasing but lies flat. Faint imprint from child's name written in pencil on side of cover (next to Olive's head). Light overall bumping and scuffing to covers with at bit of the color scuffed off along edges and a bit of peeling to the corner tips of the covers. Plastic comb binding has is missing the top comb but remaining rings are still intact. Interior pages of board book are clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. This book is part of a Popeye-themed series designed for young readers, emphasizing hygiene.
