Beautiful cover design by Starmer. [Verse I] I'm in love as strong as any chap could ever be Trouble is she knows it and she likes to worry me. Told her how I liked her in a thousand diff'rent ways But all I get is just a smile She likes to hear me say: [Chorus] I'll get you yet, little girlie I;ll get you yet, little girl 'Cause I like your style, I adore your smile, Your eyes and your golden curls; Something so charming about you, You've got my brain in a whirl, I've got my eyes on you, you, you, I'll get you yet, Little girl . . . A note about the cover art : Some of the most creative and eye-catching cover art of the ragtime-era were done by one of the prolific, but elusive, Starmer Brothers. Their work was of consistently high quality and they were turning out nearly a quarter of all large format covers from the late 1890s to around 1919. The identity of the artists was unknown until an invoice was discovered with a printed heading describing "Starmer" as artist and medical draughtsman. Not much else is known about the Starmer family.
