In Acceptable condition. Charming die-cut illustrated paper covers. Missing original plastic wheels that were attached to the front cover and there are have tears in the holes that were cut into cover to attach the wheels. Moderate creasing and scuffing to covers with the color scuffed off along the edges and along all the creases. Binding is staple bound and pages are starting to come undone but are still attached. Pages are browned with age and have several small nicks and tears along the edges. Pages are otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-library. NO remainder marks. Charming story about fireman out rescuing animal neighbors only to find out that he started a fire at the station when he left his breakfast on the stove.
