Full color illustrations throughout. Catalogue accompanies the exhibition at the Thailand Pavilion of the 53rd Venice Biennale. "Gondala al Paradiso Co., Ltd." is an imaginary travel agency whose mission is to promote Thai attractions and seduce viewers to the Venice of the East. The exhibition presents five artists, each with unique conceptual ideas which, when combined, encourage visitors to question their beliefs and understanding of contemporary society. The exhibition introduces the theme of "Reconstruction" in order to awake the society from the myth of information, but it also works as an aesthetic expression of the current context at the specific moment in time.
