Blue and Gray 1934 Yearbook Washington-Lee Hight School, Clarendon, Virginia. Original Yearbook NOT a reproduction. Hardcover, 113 pp, plus 7 pages of local ads at the back. Black and white photographs and illustrations throughout showing the students, faculty, history of the school, activities, fraternal organizations, Cadets, athletics, candids, and pictures of school. Seniors each get individual photos with list of clubs and accomplishments.
In acceptable condition. Blue embossed faux leather covers have light to moderate overall scuffing, aging and soiling with a bit of the color rubbed off along edges. Binding tight. Original owner's book plate on inside of front cover. Insect damage to the top edges of a few pages near the back (silverfishing). Numerous signatures and short writings throughout. Also includes laid-in cloth banner and "WL" patch, both in acceptable to poor condition. NOT Ex-Library.
