In good condition with acceptable dust jacket. Black textured boards with gilt lettering on front and spine; light shelf wear and mild surface handling; corners lightly bumped; binding sound. Interior pages lightly age toned but otherwise unmarked. White paper dust jacket with portrait on front panel; moderate wear with a few 1/5 inch or smaller nicks and tears and moderate overall soiling and age toning; creasing and edge wear. Now in an archival quality removable Brodart cover. Genealogical history of the Griffin family tracing the descendants of John Griffin (1804-1876), born in England and immigrated to the United States in 1846, with emphasis on northeastern Illinois settlement and subsequent generations. Compiled by John E.
