Interior pages lightly toned with occasional marginal spotting. Scientific offprint of the article "Renewal Time of Bottom Water in the Pacific and Indian Oceans" by F. Koczy and B. Szabo, originally published in the Journal of the Oceanographical Society of Japan as part of its 20th Anniversary Volume. The paper presents radiochemical oceanographic research analyzing radium distribution in deep ocean waters to estimate renewal times and vertical eddy diffusivity in the Pacific and Indian Oceans.
