Condition & notes

In very good condition. Tan paper wraps printed in black with an Art Nouveau-style ornamental border on front cover; rear cover printed with publisher's device and price ($6.00). Light toning to covers and a few minor edge creases; interior pages clean and unmarked. Binding tight (staple-bound). Printed dedication: "For Arthur Grossman and Felix Skowronek." An original composition by Joseph Goodman (b. 1937), noted American composer and Juilliard graduate known for his chamber and orchestral works. Jadis III (In Days of Yore) continues Goodman's series of chamber duets, written in a modern tonal idiom exploring lyrical counterpoint between flute and bassoon.
