In very good condition. Maroon pictorial paper covers have light bumping to edges and corners and light overall scuffing. Binding tight (plastic comb binding). Small scribble in ink on inside of rear cover. Otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. Ducks are the most difficult to prepare because of the consistency of their meat and because of their occasional "wild taste" but we have some winner recipes that will make the fishiest ducks taste like rare roast beef.
