In good condition. Black and white illustrated paper covers have a 2" slit to the fold over the bottom of the front cover along the spine and a few other smaller nicks and tears and creasing along edges. Light to moderate overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well. Binding tight. Pages lightly aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. Black and white illustrations. An illustrated descriptive catalog of the etchings by Swedish architect and artist Ferdinand Boberg. Authored by art historian Axel Gauffin, the catalog provides detailed descriptions and reproductions of Boberg's etchings, offering insights into his artistic contributions beyond architecture. Ferdinand Boberg (1860 - 1946) was a prominent Swedish architect known for his significant contributions to early 20th-century architecture in Stockholm. Born in Falun, he studied at the Royal Institute of Technology and the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts. Boberg's notable works include the Central Post Office Building (1903), Rosenbad (1902), and the Nordiska Kompaniet department store (1915).
