Includes a brief history of the church and several black and white photo reproductions photo reproductions. Includes phots showing construction and about 30 pages of local ads. A nice piece of Manhattan Beach history.
In good condition. Light brown paper covers have light bumping and creasing to edges and corners. Edges browned with age and light overall scuffing and soiling to covers as well. Binding tight (staple bound). First page has a light yellow mark running down the center of the page. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks.
