Previous owner's address and cancelled 1 1/2 cent stamp on rear cover. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but unmarked. Seventh part of the Frontier Americana collection offered by the shop in the late 1940's. Includes over 270 descriptions and asking prices of items offered for sale. Dawson's Book Shop, founded by Ernest Dawson in 1905 on South Grand Avenue in Los Angeles, became a renowned rare book dealer specializing in Western Americana, fine press books, and photography. The shop, run by the Dawson family for over a century, was a cultural hub for collectors and enthusiasts and published numerous limited editions.
