Among the most important paintings were two Picassos - "Maternity," a Blue Period study of mother and child from 1901, and a 1920's portrait of the artist's 4-year-old son Paul, dressed as Harlequin, and a Degas bronze, "Little Dancer at 14 Years of Age."
