Condition & notes

In acceptable condition. Cream and red illustrated paper covers have a 3/4" tear to the paper at the top of the spine and a few other small nicks and tears and light creasing to edges and corners. Moderate overall aging, spotting, scuffing and soiling to covers as well. Spine is faded and ceased but binding is still intact. Pages are spotted and aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-library. Detailed descriptions, many with illustrations, and asking prices for 971 items. Notable items include the rare Grizzly Adams Narrative; an unrivaled collection on the Lopez Expedition and his Liberators efforts to free Cuba from the Spanish yoke during the expeditions of 1850 and 1851, Several portraits of prominent Americans, including works by John Frederick Kensett, Thomas Nast, and H. Groenland; Balthasar's Manuscript Attack on the civil Government with his original Route-Map of Arizona: 1744; over 100 items relating to California and over 25 items relating to Mormanism.
