In acceptable condition. No dust jacket. Tan cloth covered boards with gold lettering on spine. Cloth nicked and frayed at edges and corner tips with a tiny bit of the underlying boards exposed. Moderate overall scuffing, soiling and fading to covers. Binding tight. Front part of the original dust jacket is pasted to the inside of the front cover. Previous owner's gift inscription in ink on front free end paper. Pages 14-17 have a 1" tear running along the spine but pages are still solidly attached. Pages are lightly browned but otherwise clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-library. No remainder marks. Contains 17 chapters, each themed around a section of a house.
