Condition & notes

In acceptable condition. Tan paper covers with red lettering on front. Front cover has a think 1" long chip to the bottom edge of the fore-edge. Light bumping to edges of covers and moderate overall aging as well. Binding tight (staple bound)). Pages aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. The history of the beginnings of the Port of San Pedro beginning in 1831 as told by Juan Jose ("J. J.") Warner. J. J. Warner (1807 - 1890) was an early settler of San Diego County, owning a ranch now known as Warner Springs.
