In good condition / NO dust jacket. Blue cloth covered boards with white lettering on front and spine. Light bumping to edges and corners and light overall scuffing, fading and soiling. Binding tight. End papers are browned with age. Previous owner's gift inscription on front paste-down dated xmas 1941. Otherwise pages are lightly aged, but clean and unmarked. NOT Ex-library. Includes 19 wonderful black and white photos of the young princesses. A book intended fro younger readers that details the day-to-day lives of Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret both before and after their father became King and up through the beginning of World War II. Written by Frances Towers, best known for her short stories written during the late 1940’s.
