[From Publisher] The beautiful right-hand melody of this solo is balanced by an extended left-hand accompaniment. The syncopated rhythm helps create a contemporary sound, yet it is easily accessible with careful counting. Written in A-B-A form, the A sections are in C major and the B section is in A-flat major. Both teenagers and adults will be drawn to the lyrical and passionate qualities of this solo.
