In good condition. Color pictorial paper covers have light bumping and creasing to edges and corners and light overall scuffing with a bit fo the color scuffed off along edges and spine. Staple bound. A few pages have some light notation in pencil. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but unmarked. NOT Ex-Library.
