In good condition. Tan illustrated paper covers have a 3/4" tear to the paper at the top of spine and a few other smaller nicks and creasing to edges and corners of covers. Previous owner's name in ink in the top corner of the front cover. light overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well. Binding tight. (staple bound). A few pages have some light pencil marks, but no pen.
