In good condition. Green illustrated Paper over Boards have some chipping and nicking to the paper at the corner tips and top and bottom of spine. light overall scuffing and soiling to covers as well. String and glued binding is pulling a bit but is still intact. Last page has a 1.5" tear on the fore edge of the page. Pages are lightly aged but otherwise unmarked. Nice bright, detailed illustrations by Orr. Richard Orr, is an international artist who specialises in wildlife subjects, his work is on permanent display at the Natural History Museum. He has been exhibited at many galleries and also at the Pompidou Centre Paris and has illustrated many children's and nature books, magazines and has created sculptures and porcelain for Franklin Mint.
